49-year-old female who elected to undergo bilateral mastectomies with a left sentinel lymph node biopsy for her left sided breast cancer. Her surgical oncologist referred her to me for breast reconstruction before her mastectomies. She had tissue expanders and acelluar dermal matrix placed at the time of her initial reconstruction. After completion of her expansion, she had placement of 450cc silicone implants along with release and reshaping of the breasts performed at no charge.
